We have a heat pump system. Our problem is that air and heat are not distributed evenly to all rooms. It seems as if some ducts are blocked. I would like to speak with someone about possible diagnostic services to assess the problem and discuss possible solutions.

We have a two story three bedroom house with a bonus room over the garage. The heating and air conditioning blast out of the two vents in the ceiling in the bonus room but they just trickle out in the other rooms. I was wondering if there could be a reason for this so we can fix it. Our gas bill is high in the winter and our electric bill is high in the summer.

Commercial heating system help keep offices, corporate buildings, super markets, restaurants, hotels, hospitals and other commercial spaces warm during winter. The process of installation, maintenance and repair of a commercial HVAC system is therefore more complicated than a home heating system. A commercial heating system will comprise a complex network of ducts, pipes, valves, vents and registers to enable warm air to flow consistently and uniformly throughout the building. The system has to be designed, installed and operated to achieve maximum energy efficiency.
There are a number of commercial heating systems that are used across the spectrum, depending on the size of the facility, and the needs of the people inside the building. Furnace systems use gas, propane or electricity to distribute throughout the building. Gas boilers are not only inexpensive, and consume lesser fuel, but newer models come with lower emission features. Commercial heat pump systems function by sucking out warm air when the temperature rises, and blowing in warm air when the temperature dips. Besides these, there are radiant heaters, baseboard heaters and other commercial heating technologies that can be used depending on the size of the facility.
A commercial heating contractor can undertake installation and repairs of all kinds of commercial HVAC systems like Carrier commercial HVAC, Bryant commercial HVAC, and other models of commercial air conditioning and heating systems. Commercial heating services can be complex and expensive, and must be trusted only to a qualified and experienced commercial heating contractor.
